Exclusions

• 5% GST & 5% TCS on total billing.
• Personal expenses like laundry, tips, phone calls, and extra meals.
• Additional transfers beyond itinerary inclusions.
• Porterage at hotels, airports, and seaports.
• Early check-in, late check-out, and arrival day breakfast.
• High-season surcharges (if applicable).

Important Points

 Tour will operate on achievement of minimum operating strength of 20 adults travelling together

 No booking has been made as of now, hence all services are subject to availability upon confirmation.

 With any increase or decrease in the passenger count, the quotation will be change.

 With any change in the dates, the quotation will be change.

 When the group is travelling on Seat in Coach Basis (SIC), then all transfer and sightseeing onsharing basis with other passengers without Guide. No services on Private basis.

 Any increase in airfare / taxes routing charged by airlines on your ticket.

 Any increase in visa fees.

 Baggage allowance as per Airlines policy and baggage allowance of 1 piece in case of included internal flights if any.

 Minimum connecting time between international Flights should be 3 and half hours prior to departure.  In a room there can be maximum of 3 adults. However triple rooms are subject to availability.

 The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of airplane or any other services.

 Refundable Deposit Payment / Credit Card Guaranteed need to provide at Hotel. This deposit is not included in Tour Cost.

 On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager OR Local English speaking guide reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.

 For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However the inclusions remain unchanged.

 Indian lunches and dinners and local meals are Pre Set & a-la carte is not possible.

 There are no refunds for any unutilized services on tour.

 Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.

 Triple rooms are subject to availability.
